Meet the Team
We are uniquely qualified as previous employees of Palos Verdes Homes Association to find solutions and assist you through the Homes Association process. With over 45 years of combined experience on both sides of the counter, our knowledge of the C,C&Rs (Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions), and PVHA policies as well as our ability to communicate with the Art Jury and interpret their reviews make us an invaluable resource for all your project needs.
Savery Nash
Savery grew up in Palos Verdes Estates and made her career in the design industry with prominent local architects. She was employed at Palos Verdes Homes Association for over a decade and as the office manager ran all meetings with the Art Jury. Her insider experience and historical knowledge makes her a valuable asset to any project.
Jim de Rosa
Jim is a design professional and independent contractor who has over 35 years of experience submitting plans in Palos Verdes Estates and surrounding communities. He has collaborated with many notable architects, most extensively Roy Bayer and George Sweeney. His experience with Palos Verdes Homes Association as well as other architectural committees such as Rolling Hills, Portuguese Bend, Catalina Island and Beverly Hills, makes him an asset to any project.
